Theia: Cultivation to Revenue Intelligence for MSOs

The challenge

Multi site cultivation and manufacturing operations run on data that never connects: canopy conditions in one system, production in another, revenue in a third. Operators cannot see how a decision on the grow floor becomes a unit, and how that unit becomes revenue, so capital gets allocated on instinct instead of evidence, and problems surface only after they have cost a harvest.

What was built

Theia is a cultivation to revenue intelligence layer that ties the whole chain together, canopy → unit → revenue:

• RF-DETR computer vision and environmental sensors instrument the grow floor, turning physical conditions into structured, queryable data.
• HVAC automation closes the loop between what the system observes and what the facility does about it.
• A modeling layer rolls site level signal up into color coded AI reports and multi site ROI, the operating picture a leadership team can actually act on.
• Delivered as a Next.js investor demo that makes the thesis tangible.
