The challenge
A lean team managing a large book of media partners across tens of thousands of live events a year needs to run partner success and lifecycle at scale, not just capture leads.
What we built
A partner operations platform, themed to the client's editorial brand: a partners directory with health scoring and filters, a partner workspace with engagement charts, contract obligations, an activity timeline, and a renewal play, a drag and drop renewals board, and a natural language content retrieval engine with semantic search, clip collections, and an export and email reel flow. Ships with a guided product tour.
Built as a functional demo and prototype. The media index and figures are illustrative.
